Desta vez, &amp;nbsp;inspirados na abordagem do Design Thinking, trabalhamos junto à equipe da área de Trade Finance.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;Nosso conteúdo foi intercalado com a palestra do velejador Beto Pandiani que, por sua vez, lançou um desafio de negócio para todos ali presentes. Durante oito horas, 40 pessoas mergulharam em um conteúdo absolutamente novo, procuraram um entendimento e ponto de vista comum em relação a tudo que receberam, geraram muitas ideias, prototiparam 3 soluções e apresentaram para o cliente (Beto Pandiani).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;Mais uma vez, foi emocionante acompanhar pessoas sairem de sua zona de conforto, descobrirem novas capacidades e encontrarem caminhos para a questão proposta.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;Além disso, a palestra do Beto possibilitou uma perfeita analogia entre as demandas de seus empreendimentos e o cotidiano dos executivos ali presentes. E quanto à ação? É realmente algo novo ou uma nova embalagem de como os criativos pensam? Ou, ainda, seria uma ação mercadológica de uma grande consultoria?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;Tomando a experiência que venho adquirindo, em sala de aula e em workshops nas empresas, não importa se é novo ou marketing, se metodologia ou não. O ambiente e as ferramentas trazem resultado efetivamente. E, ainda melhor, as pessoas sentem-se felizes, admiram o que criam e o espírito de equipe aparece com força. A área responsável pelo crédito imobiliário nos convidou para uma "Pílula de Conhecimento", a "Gestão da Inovação".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;Nossa atividade iniciou com um mês de antecedência, quando toda a equipe foi estimulada a ir a campo e observar as jornadas de seus principais "&lt;i&gt;stakeholders&lt;/i&gt;": nas agências Citibank, nas lojas Credicard, nas áreas de venda das construtoras e, claro, na concorrência.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;O dia começou com a expressão, por parte dos participantes, de qual o seu entendimento do produto e serviços que prestavam aos clientes. Nesta edição são 80 cidades participantes ao redor do mundo, onde estudantes e profissionais de diferentes áreas se unem para passar um final de semana co-criando para um mundo melhor. (*)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;As palestras de abertura (Juliana Proserpio, Ricardo Ruffo, Tennyson Pinheiro e Luis Alt) fizeram uma breve, mas muito interessante, retrospectiva do pensamento pré-revolução industrial até a atual economia criativa, localizando o papel do design na estratégia de negócio das empresas. Poderia escolher vários, mas o meu ponto preferido foi a comparação entre o pensamento Newtoniano e o Quântico e a importância de sabermos perceber os momentos de utilizar a lógica de cada um deles. Logo na largada, ganhei a semente da vontade de entender melhor a definição de sistemas complexos. Por enquanto, o que apreendi foi que o todo deste sistema é formado por partes que interagem entre si e que seu valor é muito maior que a soma de suas partes. O valor, portanto, está na INTERAÇÃO.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;E o entendimento do valor da INTERAÇÃO foi provocado de forma prática rapidamente. Iniciamos com uma atividade de aquecimento, para que as barreiras iniciais de entrosamento entre as 48 pessoas começassem a ser derrubadas. Na sequência, recebemos o tema do desafio das próximas 48 horas (que ainda não pode ser revelado aqui, porque algumas localidades não começaram) e iniciamos a dinâmica com os post-its.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;Foram duas horas para o entendimento do grupo a respeito do tema e primeira organização das ideias.
